Pete and Dad in 1928. Gus wrote on the back "My darling lambs after the fight". This does not look like Bozman or Oxford to me. I find in one of my Dad's scrapbooks that in 1928 he (and presumably also Pete) was living in Washington DC at 1705 Kenyon and 1649 Irving Streets NW, "My mother sublet from Mary McKenna, my mother's godmother", therefore they were living with Gus. For how long? And did they go school in DC? I can find no record of it.
