After driving for hours and hours, this is where we ended up for an authentic Quebecois lunch of hamburgers and French Fries. The proprietor, a lady who was also the waitress and dishwasher, came to take our order like so: "Hello, please do not speak English to me as I do not speak any English at all, not even one word. Therefore you must order in French, for if you not, I will not be able to understand anything you say..." (etc etc).
