Really nothing to do with AFN or Frankfurt or the military, but this is a Soviet 78rpm record from who-knows-when. Interestingly the label has English subtitles. The label, Апрелевский Завод, was the primary record label of the Soviet Union, and the song is called Паровоз (Locomotive). This record is part of a big set highlighting the music of the USSR and its diverse republics. I found a whole pile of them in a junk store in Long Island decades ago.
