21st century - A report by the commerce dept. released last labor day detailing 
the governements focus on technology as a major of labor for Americans in the next 
decade. Deals alot with issues of continuous worker education and computer-oriented
training.

Digital divide - Shows how not all Americans are sharing equally in the vision of a technologically 
oriented future. Traditionally disenfranchised groups remain on the outskirts of the computer movement,
and risk being shut out completely if something isn't done. Contains a lot of quantitative 
statistical data, but makes some very good points.
