Graduate Alums, Post Doc's, and other friends of the Columbia chemistry department are cordially invited to attend the 2008 Department Reunion, scheduled for Saturday, April 12, 2008.
The reunion, sponsored by the Graduate School of Arts and Sciences, will be a wonderful opportunity for graduates, mentors, and faculty to reconnect with each other, the department, and current members of the graduate class and faculty.
Morning sessions will be held within the department. We will then join with the other natural sciences departments -- biological sciences, physics, and astronomy -- for a general session with top Columbia faculty. The day will close with a cocktail reception and keynote address with Nobel laureate, Richard Axel.
