Graduation InformationEven now you should be thinking about graduation to make sure you're on the right track. This page will give you some resources to start thinking about and planning for graduation (May 21st) and after graduation. Here's a basic timeline from the Senior Class Center to start you off: And here's all the last minute things you'll have to worry about - the Senior Class Center calls it "GradZone" THINGS TO KEEP IN MIND/DETAILS TO THINK ABOUT: 1. DEADLINES:
2. Even if your Degree Audit Report (DAR) DOES NOT say you've completed your degree requirements, you CAN STILL graduate. Check the bulletin to be sure you've completed the requirements, then check with your departmental advisor. The DAR is only a guide, your department gives the final word on graduation. 3. The swim test: Yes, you have to pass it to graduate. Do it now before it gets to be May and you're changing from your swimsuit into your graduation gown. Better yet, come to the Senior Swim Party the Wednesday before spring break! 4. You are issued ONLY FOUR (4) TICKETS for Commencement. Class Day is a non-ticketed event. If you hope to bring more than four people to commencement, you must barter with your classmates. 5. Everything about Graduation will be covered at the Grad Fair, which will be held March 11th and 12th in Low Library. Be sure to clear time those days. 6. Did you miss the post-graduation forum?
