Lucas Ward awarded the Ian Lawson Van Toch Outstanding student Paper Award

Earlier this week at the ISMB Computational Biology conference in Toronto, Lucas Ward, one of the PhD students in the Bussemaker Lab, Department of Biological Sciences, was awarded the Ian Lawson Van Toch Outstanding Student Paper Award.

The award is in memory of Ian Lawson Van Toch, a 22 year old graduate student at the Department of Medical Biophysics, University of Toronto, who tragically passed away in August 24, 2007.
