Dr. James Manley was named senior editor of the new online journal elife.

James L. Manley, the Julian Clarence Levi Professor of Life Sciences, was named senior editor of the new online journal eLife, which covers everything from basic biological research to applied, translational and clinical studies. The journal is part of a joint initiative of the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, the Max Planck Society and the Wellcome Trust.
